Château Cardinal

Tasting

Château Cardinal is of a deep ruby, with ripe red fruit on the nose and a mellow slightly tannic structure with spicy overtones. Its strong backbone and full body make it the owner’s favorite.

Best served with

Can be left to mature for a few years. Grilled beef, especially a Bordeaux favorite, the entrecote or beefsteak broiled over the fragrant trimmings of pruned vines. It marries well with hard cheeses such as Basque ewe’s cheese, Comté or Parmigiano.
